Regular exercise is important for all stages of life, but as we age, it becomes even more important for our overall well-being. Regular exercise can improve almost all aspects of your health which include; blood pressure, body weight, cholesterol levels, overall mood, and sleep patterns. It strengthens your muscles, ligaments, tendons, and your bones to help reduce injury and reduce your risk of falls.
